The P200C mobile sandblaster, or airbrush, is equipped with a tank carriage. The abrasive, stored in the carriage, is sucked in from the bottom of the carriage and is projected via the gun's tungsten carbide nozzle.

Like the P200 gun, the 5mm nozzle requires a 2.5 horsepower compressor for optimal operation.

The ARENA double sandblasting pressure pot allows for continuous high-pressure sandblasting without interruption.

Indeed, with traditional high-pressure sandblasting, you need to wait several seconds for the pot to refill with abrasive before resuming the sandblasting process.

The high-performance ventilation of this cabin allows all blown particles to be sucked in. The larger dust is collected directly in the collection bag at the back of the machine, while the finer dust is stopped by the filter cartridge.

The DS vacuum bag cabins use the same principle as all vacuum machines: a venturi system inside the tungsten carbide nozzle is used to project the abrasive onto the sandblasted workpiece.

The healthy abrasive is then separated from the dust in the cyclone at the back of the blast cabinet. The dust is collected in the collection bag and the abrasive is redirected to the nozzle.

The P450 C mobile sandblaster has a mobile trolley that serves as an abrasive tank. The blasting media is sucked at the bottom of the hopper to be injected into the tungsten carbide nozzle for blasting.

As with the P450, the compressor power needed for ideal operation is 5 horsepower.

The little sister of the more compact and accessible 3DX-PERT , the 3D-PRO bead blasting and dusting booth will be perfect for small series and prototypes.

The 3D PRO has been designed to process 3D printed parts by Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) or Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) additive manufacturing. The parts are powdered and their roughness is reduced for a homogeneous surface finish. The removable turntable basket is designed for optimal part mixing and allows for automatic sanding and complete blowing while preserving their geometry.

The additional dust collector of 900 m3/h allows the air suction flow in the cab to be optimally increased. The most effective vacuum tool for managing dust-intensive sandblasting and/or blowing activities.

The DPE 750 has 4 filter cartridges and 4 automatic cleaning modules, with discharge bottle and cleaning valve. The 4 sets work with a pneumatic system that is automatically operated by pressing the pedal of the machine. Pressing the pedal triggers the unclogging of 2 cartridges and the release triggers the unclogging of the other 2 cartridges. The dust is collected in a disposable plastic bag that can be changed intuitively.
