At ARENA, we have been working for more than 40 years to develop machines that best meet the needs of each of our customers. It is with this in mind that we design and manufacture tailor-made special cabin models for any specific request. The possibilities are multiple and therefore we draw up specifications with our customers and we study all the specific adaptations necessary. All the specificities are studied and tested, it can be a question of changing the size of the cabin, adding a robot, a PLC or special adaptations.

Special sandblasting machine with robotic arm UR 5 Application: shot peening Sandblasting Machine equipped with a UR 5 robot (robotic arm to assist in the automation of certain tasks). This cabin has a double window, a double door and a swivel basket. It also has a "magnavalve" which is located at the base of a pressure pot and which allows the abrasive flow to be adjusted according to the need and the surface to be stripped or treated.

Special blow molding machine with PLC and rotating basket Application: Automated blow molding for the SLS or MJF additive manufacturing industry Machine equipped with 3-way valves with ionizing ramp inside and outside the drum. This cabin has an axis motor for the dumping of parts to be treated (removing dust, cleaning parts, pre-treating parts, etc.). It also has a built-in calibrated pressure gauge and a rocking rotating basket for easy access to the processed parts.

Special rail-mounted sandblasting machine with side openings Application: Manual sandblasting of copper plates Sandblasting Machine Designed with side openings allowing copper plates to enter the machine while maintaining the airtightness of the cab. The equipment is mobile thanks to the rails that allow the plates to be treated to slide along the entire length of the plates to be treated during impact surface treatment work. A French industrial company that was looking for a solution adapted to its specific needs.

Special sandblasting machine adapted to our DF 700 series model Application: stripping of electrical cables for high-voltage lines Small sandblasting machine on wheels with double-sided design. The suction and dust treatment modules are remote allowing easy transport of the machine on construction sites.

Special sanding machine non-standard dimensions Application: Stripping of large objects for a stripping center Unique stripping machine specially designed for a workshop focused on the renovation of antique furniture. The cabin is equipped with workstations as well as a long loading trolley for inserting objects such as garage doors, gates, wooden furniture, etc.

Special sanding machine integrating Kuka® robot Application: Pipe thread stripping in the petrochemical sector Sandblasting Machine Designed for the end processing of steel tubes. It is equipped with a kuka robot for automating surface treatment tasks. Indeed, the robotic arm operates automatically on the tubes thanks to a programmed movement. It also has a double pressure pot with custom-made dimensions for uninterrupted sandblasting. The box design is made with a circular side opening with diaphragm, a door safety and a tube presence sensor. Finally, it is equipped with a door on the front for maintenance operations.

Sandblasting machine with special options Application: Air-France, stripping of aircraft wheels in the aeronautics sector  Machine equipped with a calibrated pressure gauge with an isolation valve. Cab also equipped with an additional dust collector, a calibrated pressure gauge with isolation valve and an abrasive recovery hopper.
