  • DC 1000 - Vacuum Blasting Booth

The DC 1000 Stick Blasting Booth has a very simple operation.

The sprayed abrasive is vacuumed, sorted and then recycled. The waste is discharged and the pure abrasive is recycled to be resprayed by the machine's tungsten carbide nozzle.

All our equipment is designed and manufactured entirely in France in our factory in Marquette Lez Lille (59).

  • DC 1500 - Vacuum Blasting Booth

The DC 1500 blast stick cabinet is suitable for larger workpieces.

The operating principle and handling remain the same as in the smaller cabinets: the sprayed abrasive is sucked up, sorted and then recycled.

All our equipment is designed and manufactured entirely in France in our factory in Marquette Lez Lille (59).

  • DC 600 - Vacuum Blasting Booth

The DC 600 stick blasting cabinet works very easily in a closed circuit.

The sprayed abrasive is vacuumed, sorted and then recycled. The dust is removed while the pure abrasive is recycled and reused for re-spraying.

  • DC 700 - Vacuum Blasting Booth

The DC 700 handle blasting cabinet works very easily in a closed circuit.

How does the ECO range work?

Welcome to our ECO blast cabinet range. Reserved for occasional use, they are excellent value for money. They benefit from reliable and easy-to-use equipment.

These sandblasting cabinets have been specially designed for exceptional use, and are suitable for any type of surface treatment. They are ideal for craftsmen or as a spare cabin in the workshop.

The working principle of DC machines is simple:

The abrasive stored under the sandblasting table is sucked up through the bottom of the hopper. The tungsten carbide nozzle on the machine creates a Venturi effect that is intended to project the abrasive grains.

The part inside the booth is sandblasted using this high-power blasted agent.

The dust-laden air in the blast chamber is sucked halfway up the booth to a ventilation module where the largest particles will fall into the plastic bag (at the back of the booth).

The finer dust will be stopped by the filter cartridge protecting the machine's motor fan .

The booths in our ECO range can be stripped, cleaned or deburred on a surface. Moreover, the effect obtained on the part depends first of all on the material of the part treated but also on the blasted abrasive.

Which compressor for ECO machines?

All our machines require an air supply provided by a compressor.

For the sake of adaptability, we allow the use of several different compressor powers for the same range.

Note: the power of the compressor will be decisive for the diameter of the nozzle with which the sandblasting cabin will be equipped.

The minimum power of a compressor to run a DC cab properly is 3 horsepower. With this compressor power, the machine will be equipped with a tungsten carbide nozzle with a diameter of 4 mm. This is the minimum nozzle fitted in all our bag cabins.

In the case of a compressor with a larger output, we adapt the nozzle diameter:

Nozzle diameter 5 mm for 5 horsepower compressors

Nozzle diameter 6 mm for 10 horsepower compressors.

This wide range of choices allows the cab to be adapted to less intensive use and offers the possibility of having quality equipment at a reasonable price for compressor + machine equipment.

Which abrasive for sanding?

Accepting all blasting agents, our ECO range cabinets are the ideal partner for those looking for a fast, efficient and cost-effective blasting solution.

Generally speaking, there are 2 types of abrasives. Lost abrasives and recyclable abrasives, As the ECO range is a bag cabin with an abrasive recycling system, recyclable abrasives should be used inside the machines. Lost abrasives could damage the system and contribute to an extremely dusty sandblasting atmosphere.

We will therefore focus on recyclable abrasives, their types, and their uses.

There are 3 types of recyclable abrasives, each with its own purpose.

Angular abrasives are the most aggressive. They are perfectly suitable for removing rust from a metal part for example. The most well-known angular abrasives are corundum; There are brown corundum, and white corundum. Their properties allow them to be suitable for most sandblasting needs.

Microbeads are used more to make a finishing sandblast. They give a smooth and clean surface appearance to any bead-blasted part. Generally made of glass, there are also ceramic microbeads, which are more expensive to buy but which resist better over time because they are harder.

Finally, the scrubbing abrasives do not attack the sandblasted part at all. They are generally recommended for cleaning parts or for treating fragile parts. Plastic media is the abrasive we recommend for cases where the use of a scrub abrasive is required.

Concerning the follow-up of spare parts:

The ARENA brand sandblasting cabinets are all manufactured in our premises in Marquette-lez-Lille in the north of France near Lille. Created more than 40 years ago, the ARENA brand is the leading brand in France in the field of sandblasting.

We monitor the spare parts of the cabins manufactured since the creation of the brand! In the event of the discontinuation of a reference, we will certainly have a replacement part to offer you.

Protective glass (VI1), gloves (CMV1), filter cartridges (CA6), tungsten carbide nozzles, and other consumables are parts that are always in stock with us and delivered to you within 24 to 48 hours.

The cabins in our ECO range are made with quality elements that all come from the European Union.

The cabins arrive in one piece, on pallets, no additional assembly to be done; an air and electricity supply and voila, your machine is ready for use!
