It is used to protect the bottom of the handle cabin from abrasive splashes that could damage it.

Glass microbeads are a precision blasting media for damage-free cleaning, maintaining tolerances, and are also suitable for deburring and satin finishing applications on metal parts made of aluminum, brass, or stainless steel. High-quality, durable silico-sodo-calcium glass microbeads (free of free silica) are manufactured from recycled glass in France.

Automatic sandblasting/microblasting cabinet with rotating basket dedicated to de-powdering and surface treatment for parts printed in 3D using SLS and MJF technologies.

This is the machine for post processing in additive manufacturing.

Ceramic microbeads are one of the best choices when it comes to bead blasting. They offer superior strength to glass microbeads and require reasonable projection power due to their lightness.

They are made of very resistant zirconia oxide and do not contain iron, which allows the processing of stainless steel and aluminum.

The ceramic microbead is a guarantee of durability and efficiency.

The DS vacuum bag cabins use the same principle as all vacuum machines: a venturi system inside the tungsten carbide nozzle is used to project the abrasive onto the sandblasted workpiece.

The healthy abrasive is then separated from the dust in the cyclone at the back of the blast cabinet. The dust is collected in the collection bag and the abrasive is redirected to the nozzle.

The DC 1000 sandblasting booth has a very simple operation.

The sprayed abrasive is vacuumed, sorted and then recycled. The waste is discharged and the pure abrasive is recycled to be resprayed by the machine's tungsten carbide nozzle.

All our equipment is designed and manufactured entirely in France in our factory in Marquette Lez Lille (59).

The little sister of the more compact and accessible 3DX-PERT , the 3D-PRO bead blasting and dusting booth will be perfect for small series and prototypes.

The 3D PRO has been designed to process 3D printed parts by Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) or Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) additive manufacturing. The parts are powdered and their roughness is reduced for a homogeneous surface finish. The removable turntable basket is designed for optimal part mixing and allows for automatic sanding and complete blowing while preserving their geometry.

Sandblasting abrasive used for overpressure gumming in sandblasting cabinets.

Type III is a melamine-based thermoformed plastic media. Melamine is the most aggressive and hardest of the thermoformed plastic media (6 times more aggressive than urea - type II).

It must therefore be chosen carefully to avoid damage to delicate materials. It can be used for surface treatment in both dry and wet environments.
