. Regarding filtration, the 4 filter cartridges of the dust collector are responsible for sorting the dust and preserving the components of the machine.

The sequential automatic cleaning of the filter cartridges ensures continuous efficiency and performance over time.

The 3DX-PERT has been designed to process 3D printed parts using Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) or Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) additive manufacturing. The parts are powdered and their roughness is reduced for a homogeneous surface finish. The removable turntable basket is designed for optimal part mixing and allows for automatic sanding and complete blowing while preserving their geometry.

It is used to facilitate the handling of heavy and/or bulky parts in the closed cab.

SF dust collection machines offer a high dust extraction rate. The cabin is ventilated by a dust collector incorporating a centrifugal fan and 2 filter cartridges.

The high-performance ventilation of this cabin allows all blown particles to be sucked in. The larger dust is collected directly in the collection bag at the back of the machine, while the finer dust is stopped by the filter cartridge.

With the sequential automatic cleaning system, the efficiency of the dust collector is constant and the components of the machine are preserved.

The NS8T E mobile sandblaster is a high-pressure air blaster designed for high-intensity sandblasting operations. The 8L pressurized tank allows surface treatments to be completed 3 to 5 times faster than with a basic vacuum/suction system. Indeed, the abrasive is projected with much more speed and efficiency.
