The ARENA double sandblasting pressure pot allows for continuous high-pressure sandblasting without interruption.

Indeed, with traditional high-pressure sandblasting, you need to wait several seconds for the pot to refill with abrasive before resuming the sandblasting process.

The additional 900 m3/h dust collector increases the air intake into the cab to optimum levels. It's an option that provides greater suction with a larger volume of air, to handle sanding and/or blowing activities that generate a lot of dust.

The additional 450 m3/h dust collector increases the air intake flow in the cabin. Ideal for managing sandblasting and/or blowing activities that generate a lot of dust.

The DPE 400 has 2 filter cartridges and 2 automatic cleaning modules, with discharge bottle and cleaning valve. Both sets work with a pneumatic system that is automatically operated by pressing the pedal of the machine. The dust is collected in a disposable plastic bag that can be changed intuitively.

The CHAR 3 reinforced loading carriage makes it easier to enter and exit the parts to be sanded.

It also allows loading by overhead crane while keeping the cabin optimally sealed.

Special option for an industrial sandblasting or dust removal machine to be fitted and adapted by our design office to a hoop cabin for automatic sandblasting of parts on a motorized plate.

Option turntable integrated into the table diameter 800 mm.

This manual turntable is used to facilitate the handling of heavy or bulky parts inside the machine during sandblasting.

Option that allows you to process longer parts, such as extrusion screws, profiles or various tubes. This option will also allows parts to be moved through the cabinet without having to open the door.

Ionised air blowgun to discharge static electricity from the interior of the cab and improve dust evacuation.

Pistol support stem, adjustable on 3 axes.

It allows the nozzle to be fixed in order to manipulate the sandblasted part with both hands.

This option is particularly useful for certain applications.

Micro-sandblasting pencil option for bag booth.

This pencil with its 1.7 mm nozzle allows for precise sandblasting.

Electronic boards, glass engraving, small or fragile parts... This pencil allows you to sand without impacting too large an area of the room.

Boron carbide gun and nozzle option compatible with vacuum machines.

Originally, machines with a vacuum spraying system are equipped with tungsten carbide nozzles; Thanks to this option, they will also be able to work with boron carbide nozzles, which are 2 times more resistant.

Option for DPE 400 and DPE 750 dust collectors and our dust collection machines .

Rubber curtain for cabin interior - Dimensions 1500 x 700 - RIDO

It is used to protect the bottom of the handle cabin from abrasive splashes that could damage it.

This option is generally recommended for bag cabins with an overpressure projection system.

Under-door abrasive recovery gutter kit. The gutter is used to collect abrasive scraps when opening the door of our baghouses.

This helps to keep a workshop/work environment clean and dust-free on the floor.

Option for sandblasting cabinets range EXPERT and PRO 

Lockable cover with padlock to lock the pressure setting. 

Modular solution allowing the installation of cyclonic modules on a remote support. In the standard configuration, these modules are mounted at the rear of the sandblasting cabinets.
