Under-door abrasive recovery gutter kit. The gutter is used to collect abrasive scraps when opening the door of our baghouses.

This helps to keep a workshop/work environment clean and dust-free on the floor.

This removable tray is compatible with all our blast or blow molding bag booths.

It is used to facilitate the handling of heavy and/or bulky parts in the closed cab.

Rubber curtain for cabin interior - Dimensions 1500 x 700 - RIDO

It is used to protect the bottom of the handle cabin from abrasive splashes that could damage it.

This option is generally recommended for bag cabins with an overpressure projection system.

The loading trolley makes it easier to enter and exit the parts to be sanded. It also allows loading by overhead crane while keeping the cabin optimally sealed.

Boron carbide gun and nozzle option compatible with vacuum machines.

Originally, machines with a vacuum spraying system are equipped with tungsten carbide nozzles; Thanks to this option, they will also be able to work with boron carbide nozzles, which are 2 times more resistant.

As a manufacturer, we can make the modifications that will best suit your application according to your wishes.

It may be interesting to provide an opening on the side opposite the cabin door, allowing a longer room to protrude, this opening being closed by a small hatch when not in use.

It is sometimes necessary to provide 2 openings facing each other in order to pass a profile through the machine, for example.

Pistol support stem, adjustable on 3 axes.

It allows the nozzle to be fixed in order to manipulate the sandblasted part with both hands.

Micro-sandblasting pencil option for bag booth.

This pencil with its 1.7 mm nozzle allows for precise sandblasting.

Electronic boards, glass engraving, small or fragile parts... This pencil allows you to sand without impacting too large an area of the room.

The CHAR 3 reinforced loading carriage makes it easier to enter and exit the parts to be sanded.

It also allows loading by overhead crane while keeping the cabin optimally sealed.

Option turntable integrated into the table diameter 800 mm.

This manual turntable is used to facilitate the handling of heavy or bulky parts inside the machine during sandblasting.

The ARENA double sandblasting pressure pot allows for continuous high-pressure sandblasting without interruption.

Indeed, with traditional high-pressure sandblasting, you need to wait several seconds for the pot to refill with abrasive before resuming the sandblasting process.

The additional dust collector of 900 m3/h allows the air suction flow in the cab to be optimally increased. The most effective vacuum tool for managing dust-intensive sandblasting and/or blowing activities.

The DPE 750 has 4 filter cartridges and 4 automatic cleaning modules, with discharge bottle and cleaning valve. The 4 sets work with a pneumatic system that is automatically operated by pressing the pedal of the machine. Pressing the pedal triggers the unclogging of 2 cartridges and the release triggers the unclogging of the other 2 cartridges. The dust is collected in a disposable plastic bag that can be changed intuitively.
