| Easy to use with simple settings and maintenance, this system use the Venturi effect. It will correspond to application with less intensive needs, such as glass beads blasting .
It is a system that allows the use of multi nozzle on the same tank. |
The abrasif is blasted from the tank which is pressurized. This system enables much higher abrasive blasting rates than suction.
With more efficient, intensive and powerful use, pressure blasting offers yields that are 3 to 5 times higher. |
OVERALL DESCRIPTION
· Cabin equipped with a tungsten carbide (suction range) or boron carbide (pressure range) blasting nozzle and a air blow nozzle. Separate pedal controls.
· High-performance, compact, integrated suction and ventilation system with triple module and side-channel turbine at the rear of each cabinet.
· Multiple settings and easy maintenance:
o Pressure gauge for adjusting blasting pressure between 0 and 8 bar
o Air flow adapted to abrasive grain size to facilitate separation of abrasive and dust
o Machine height (3 height adjustments over 100 mm except for PF700)
o Filter cartridge cleaning pressure
· Reinforced cab with hoops and lifting rings. .
· Quick, intuitive replacement of wearing parts (gloves, glass, filters, nozzles, etc.).
