  • Industrial Dust Collection Machine - SF 1000

SF dust collection machines offer a high dust extraction rate. The cabin is ventilated by a dust collector incorporating a centrifugal fan and 2 filter cartridges.

The high-performance ventilation of this cabin allows all blown particles to be sucked in. The larger dust is collected directly in the collection bag at the back of the machine, while the finer dust is stopped by the filter cartridge.

With the sequential automatic cleaning system, the efficiency of the dust collector is constant and the components of the machine are preserved.

  • Industrial Dust Collection Machine - SF 1000HD

The SF 1000 HD booths are high-flow blow molding machines including a booth and a dust collector

This results in an additional dust collector connected to the machine. This dust collector has a very high suction power and a centrifugal fan

. Regarding filtration, the 4 filter cartridges of the dust collector are responsible for sorting the dust and preserving the components of the machine.

The sequential automatic cleaning of the filter cartridges ensures continuous efficiency and performance over time.

  • Industrial Dust Collection Machine - SF 700

Our SF dust collection machines offer a high dust extraction rate. The cabin is ventilated by a dust collector incorporating a centrifugal fan and 2 filter cartridges.

With the sequential automatic cleaning system, the efficiency of the dust collector is constant and the components of the machine are preserved.

  • Industrial Dust Removal Machine - SF 1250HD

Our reference SF1250 HD designates a 1250mm x 1250mm blowing booth equipped with a DPE 750 dust collector.

This dust collector provides high-performance ventilation. Indeed, the dust collector integrates a high-flow centrifugal fan and 4 automatically unclogged filter cartridges.

This system makes it possible to have a perfectly dust-free blowing chamber and ensures efficient and homogeneous treatment.

ARENA has been developing sandblasting machines for years, but also blow molding machines! Welcome to our range of blow and dust collection machines.

What is the use of a dust collection machine?

Blowing jobs have long been dirty and dangerous for the operator. Before, the work was carried out outdoors with a simple blow gun and all the fine dust could be breathed. With the emergence of ISO 14001, more and more companies want to make blowing healthier and thus want to protect the health of their employees.

ARENA blowing booths fit perfectly into this approach. Totally hermetically sealed, these machines can blow any type of filter without the risk of inhaling flying dust particles.

Dust collection booths are also very effective for depowdering 3D printed parts. Indeed, these machines can blow the parts after they have been printed to remove the last grains of powder remaining on the parts.

The dust collection booths allow the dust to be collected and collected, in bags, at the back of the machine. This is the essential element if we want to avoid releasing dust into the atmosphere.

What types of blow molding machines does ARENA have?

We have 2 ranges of dust collection booths, the SF standard blow molding machines and the SF HD high-flow booths.

SF booths are perfect for most blowing jobs. For applications with a higher amount of dust, we have designed an independent dust collector, which is the additional equipment of the SF HD (High Throughput) range.

Benefiting from the same quality of manufacture as our sandblasting booths, the interior of our dust collection booths nevertheless includes a few differences: a light-colored painted enclosure for better visibility of the part to be treated as well as a very perforated work table ensuring good ventilation and better treatment of blown waste.

Presentation of the SF type blowing cabinets

SF blow booths are suitable for the majority of blowing applications. They are perfect for blowing any type of filter cartridge.

In order to adapt to all your needs, SF blow booths have a wide range of dimensions from 700 mm to 1500 mm wide!

The treatment of dust in a blowing booth is the same as in a blast booth: the dust is sucked in and sent to a cyclone. This cyclone separates large dust particles from small ones. Large particles fall directly from the center of the cyclone to a dust collection bag, the smaller ones are sent to the second module containing the filter cartridge. When the filter cartridge is unblocked, the dust falls back into a second collection bag.

The high-performance extraction system of our SF blowing booths ensures good dust evacuation and good visibility during blowing.

Presentation of the SF High Flow Blowing Booths

The High Flow Blowing Booths are the most advanced dust collection machines in our range. Starting from a standard SF cabin, the HD booths are equipped with an additional dust collector. Inside this dust collector 4 filter cartridges. These cartridges are necessary in the case of very fine dust that can clog the blowing chamber and make the inside of the booth very dusty and inconspicuous. With the high-performance extraction system of our booths and with the help of the dust collector, even the dirtiest blowing work is carried out without dust being thrown to the outside or to the user. In the same way as in standard dust collection booths, the dust particles are collected in a plastic bag provided for this purpose which is attached to the bottom of the dust collector, under the filter cartridges.

Some more information about our dust collection blowing booths

- All our dust collection machines comply with ATEX regulations regarding the risks associated with explosive atmospheres.

Indeed, the presence of combustible dust or dust clouds represents a risk when the dust comes into contact simultaneously with an oxidizer (air) and a heat source. Concerned about the risks that may arise from the application of dust removal, all our blowing booths comply with the regulations aimed at controlling the risks related to explosions: ATEX.

- There are "non-ventilated" machines:

Our blowing booths are equipped with a powerful fan that sucks in dust-laden air and keeps the working atmosphere pleasant and visible. Some companies are already equipped with a ventilation system necessary for their activity. In this kind of situation, there are SV Ventilation Blowing Booths. All you have to do is connect the cabin to the connection in the company and the cabin can be used normally.
