Removable loading trolley - CHAR1
The loading trolley makes it easier to enter and exit the parts to be sanded. It also allows loading by overhead crane while keeping the cabin optimally sealed.
It consists of a railroad fixed to the machine's working grid and extending outside the cab on a frame with adjustable feet.
A trolley on wheels with an integrated 500 mm diameter manual turntable (type PL450) moves on the rails and thus enables the loading of heavy and high-volume workpieces using an overhead crane or forklift.
The cab door is equipped with a retractable lower flap, ensuring the tightness of the machine.
The CHAR 1 loading trolley is completely removable to allow space to be freed up to the right of the cab if necessary.
It can be added later (to be specified when buying the machine to make the pre-holes)
This option is compatible with our ECO Series and PRO Series sleeve cabs 1000 and 1500 wide models (DC 1000, DC 1500, DS 1000, DS 1500, PS 1000 and PS 1500)
