This option allows large or heavy parts to be brought directly via an overhead crane to the loading trolley. It also serves to reduce physical effort for the user thanks to the drawer door rails. The turntable is used to facilitate the handling of parts inside the cabin:

In some specific applications, standard blast nozzles are not thin enough to meet the precision demands of certain jobs.

It is for these reasons that there are micro sandblasting nozzles. They have a small diameter and allow precision sandblasting for small parts or on very small surfaces.

Micro blasting booths work like standard bag booths. They are vacuum machines; This means that the abrasive is sucked in from the bottom of the hopper via a venturi effect and is projected onto the workpiece to be treated. The machines dedicated to micro sandblasting are small (width 60cm) but there are also micro sandblasting rods that can be installed on a larger handle booth (paragraph on this option a little further down in the article).

There is also the option CR17C, micro-sandblasting pencil, which can be adapted to each of our handle cabins. In this configuration, the nozzle with a standard diameter acts as the main nozzle and a 1.7mm diameter microblast nozzle is additionally installed as a booster nozzle.

Generally, micro blasting nozzles are useful for precision blasting, on small parts or with many angles. They are used, for example, in the sandblasting of electronic boards or for the realization of aesthetic effects on glass.

  • Filtration type HEPA

For clean areas of application or dust-free workshops, we offer a HEPA type filtration option. These special filters guarantee 99.95% of the dust retained.

The double pot option allows for uninterrupted sanding in the case of a pressure boosting machine. Pressurized bag cabins have an abrasive tank at the rear of the machine. The 2PO option is to double this pot; In fact, once the first abrasive pot is empty, the second takes over so that there is no break during sandblasting to fill the tank.

The opening on the side of the cab is useful in the case of long parts. The side opening then allows the part to be processed in 2 stages by having a machine of a little more than half the size of the part. This option is also possible on a production line with rail-guided parts.
