HEPA filtration for dust collectors - HEPA HD
Technical description of the HD HEPA filtration option
- Filtration technology : HEPA filter (High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter)
- Adaptation : The HEPA filter is fitted to a specific support on the side of the dust collector. It does not replace the filter cartridges, but adds to them. The HEPA filter is located at the outlet of the centrifugal fan. It therefore filters out the finest dust before the filtered air is expelled.
- Filtration efficiency : Capable of retaining at least 99.97% of particles equal to or larger than 0.3 microns.
- Air flow rate: Suitable for air flows of up to 1,000 m³/h, depending on the centrifugal fan model used.
- Materials: Filters made of fibreglass or synthetic materials, mounted in an aluminium or galvanised steel frame.
- Maintenance : Replaceable filters with an estimated life of between 6 and 12 months, depending on conditions of use and to be confirmed with the manufacturer.
- Certifications: Complies with EN 1822 standards for HEPA filters.

Adaptability of the option
