Door-side opening - OUV / OUVP

As the manufacturer, we can make the modifications to suit your application. The sidewall opening is specially designed to keep the cab as airtight as possible while allowing parts to pass through the machine without having to open the door. The opening is in the form of a box welded to the door or sidewall.
It is made up of 2 membranes in 70 sh para resistance and 4 mm thickness. The membrane must be cut to fit the diameter of the parts.
You need to keep 10 mm on each side so that the membrane is well compressed by the plates that form the casing and therefore keeps the machine watertight.
It may be useful to provide an opening on the side opposite the cab door, to allow a longer part to protrude.
It is also sometimes necessary to provide 2 openings facing each other to allow a profile to pass through the machine, for example.
