General:
Plastic abrasive media is recommended for scrubbing work. Indeed, plastic guarantees impeccable cleaning thanks to its high-pressure projection but also guarantees not to deteriorate the initial surface.
A Type II plastic abrasive is less hard than Type III.
This media is made to be used in a sleeve booth and to be sprayed several times.
Available in packaging: 25 kg, 10 kg, 5 kg
Available in 4 grain sizes:

Description & Application
Type II plastic media is a urea-based thermoformed plastic media. It is manufactured according to the specifications of the "US MILITARY MIL-P-85891A" standard with regard to grain size, grain distribution, hardness.
Type II is the most widely used and versatile media for surface treatment. Its hardness is average in the panel of thermoformed plastic media. It can be used for surface treatment in dry or wet environments.
It is intended for stripping/scrubbing delicate parts, removes the surface layer without attacking the substrate. Widely used in aeronautics.
