Air/dust/abrasive flow management
by innovative compact double module designed by ARENA BLAST

The PRO range of blast cabinets is available with
with 2 abrasive projection systems
INJECTION - DS Cabinets
Simple to use, with easy adjustment and maintenance, this system uses the Venturi effect to project the abrasive onto the surface to be sandblasted or microblasted.
The abrasive contained in the can is sucked up before being sprayed, so there is a dual air/abrasive hose on the gun.
This system can also be used for multi-nozzle application in a booth.

PRESSURE - PS Cabinets
This system allows higher abrasive flow rates than injection. It is essential for certain applications requiring greater blasting force (e.g. epoxy stripping).
The pot containing the abrasive is pressurised, enabling the media to be projected with much greater energy.
With more efficient, intense and powerful use, it offers yields 2 to 3 times higher than the vacuum system.
Specifications

CHOOSING THE RIGHT NOZZLE DIAMETER FOR YOUR COMPRESSOR
Pressure system
| Inside Ø nozzle | Ø 4 mm | Ø 5 mm | Ø 6 mm | Ø 8 mm** |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Air consumption (for P = 5 bar) | 55 m³/h | 85 m³/h | 114 m³/h | 202 m³/h |
| Minimum power required for a screw compressor | 10 ch / 7,5 kW | 15 ch / 11 kW | 20 ch / 15 kW | 30 ch / 22 kW |
Injection / Succion system
| Inside Ø nozzle | Ø 5 mm | Ø 6 mm | Ø 8 mm | Ø 10 mm |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Air consumption (for P = 5 bar) | 19 m³/h | 27 m³/h | 48 m³/h | 75 m³/h |
| Minimum power required for a piston compressor | 4 ch / 3 kW | 10 ch / 7,5 kW | 15 ch / 11 kW | / |
| Minimum power required for a screw compressor | 4 ch / 3 kW | 7,5 ch / 5,5 kW | 10 ch / 7,5 kW | 15 ch / 11 kW |
⚠️ Indicative values at 5 bar. Air consumption varies with the blasting pressure: refer to the compressed air consumption table to adjust the compressor power to your working pressure.*Excluding cumulative consumption of other machines connected to your compressed air network. To ensure optimal performance, make sure the piping diameter is adequate throughout the installation. Nozzle wear also increases air consumption.
** Must be fitted with the dual-chamber pressure tank option (code 2PO)
