Vacuum / Pressure blasting system
The PRO range offers two possibilities for abrasive spraying systems:
- The PRO DS range cabinets operate with a suction system
Easy to use with simple adjustments and maintenance, this system, which utilizes the Venturi effect, is perfectly suited for precise applications without the need for high intensity and for treating surfaces by projecting abrasive material.
- The PRO PS range cabinets operate with a pressure system
This system allows for higher abrasive flow rates than the suction system. With more efficient, intense, and powerful use, it delivers 2 to 3 times greater performance.
Description of the PRO Range
Cab with sandblasting nozzle (pedal control) and manual blow gun.
Compact and high-performance two-module ventilation:
Multiple settings:
- Blasting pressure regulator between 0 and 8 bar with pressure gauge
- Airflow adapted to the abrasive particle size for easy separation of abrasive and dust
- Machine height (3 settings from + to - 50 mm)
Quick and easy abrasive emptying
Intuitive replacement of usable elements (gloves, windows, filters, nozzles, etc.)
